Tuscany Burgundy Eye is naturally compact, well-branched and bushy. Trademarks for the Tuscany series include uniformity and better disease resistance then most verbena. Uses include borders, containers, edges, mass plantings, rock gardens, walls, window boxes and even as a cut flower for fresh arrangements. Full upright plants produce tons of eye-catching burgundy/rose with white eye blooms that last all season long. The perfect filler for beds and containers. Verbena requires a full sun location to perform its best. Blooming continuously and freely, plants are both heat and drought tolerant. Apply a granular, slow release fertilizer at install while following up with a complete balanced liquid feed at least every other week. Common insects that may impact your verbena include white flies, aphids, slugs, snails, and spider mites. Common diseases to watch out for include powdery mildew, rust and septorial leaf spot.
Dark burgundy with white eye a lovely plant which produces a mass of large florets of small flowers in a staggering range of colours.
